Privacy policy
This describes what actually happens when you leave your number for our agent to call. It is written from what the system does, not from what it could do.
Who is responsible
IMDWEB — phone voice agents for Israeli businesses.
Contact: hello@imdweb.app · +972-58-730-3336 · imdweb.app
What we collect
When you fill in the callback form: your name if you provide it (it is optional), your phone number, the trade the campaign belongs to, and the language of the page.
If you came from an Instagram or Facebook comment: your account id and the comment id, to tie your request to its origin and avoid messaging you twice.
The moment you tick the box: the exact wording you accepted, its digital fingerprint, and the date. That is our proof that you allowed us to call.
During the call: the time, the duration, the outcome, and the transcript.
We do not collect your email address, your postal address, or any payment details at this stage.
Why
To call you back — the only reason you left us that number.
To prove we were allowed to. Israeli law requires prior consent for an automated call; the ticked box is that consent.
To avoid contacting you repeatedly. A number that has already been called will not trigger another call for ninety days, even if the same comment is posted again.
We do not sell, rent or trade this data with anyone.
The call is recorded
Our agent is an artificial intelligence. It says so at the start of the conversation, and it also says the call is recorded.
The recording and its transcript are used to check what was said and to correct the agent. You can ask for them to be deleted.
Withdrawing your consent
Just tell the agent during the call: "don't call me again". It hangs up and your number goes straight onto our do-not-call list.
That entry is permanent. Unlike the ninety-day delay, it does not expire: we will not call you again.
You can also write to hello@imdweb.app.
Who else sees this data
ElevenLabs — the agent's voice, the transcript and the call analysis.
Twilio — telephone routing.
Meta (Instagram, Facebook) — only if you came from a comment: the link reached you through their messaging.
Meta — measurement pixel on this site, loaded ONLY if you accepted the "advertising" category. If you arrived from one of our ads, we then report to Meta that details were left. The name and the number themselves are never sent to them.
Google Analytics — audience measurement on this site, loaded ONLY if you accepted the "audience measurement" category: pages viewed, device, country, and the fact that a form was submitted. It receives neither your name nor your number. We asked for anonymisation and turned off advertising sharing.
Render — hosting for our servers and database, in Germany.
The Meta pixel and Google Analytics load only after your agreement, asked for on your first visit. You can withdraw it at any time through "Privacy preferences" at the foot of the page: we then erase the cookies they set on this site. What those companies already hold on their own side, however, we cannot erase for them.
Our servers are in the European Union. Our voice, telephony and audience-measurement providers process data in the United States: that involves an international transfer.
For how long
The consent record is kept indefinitely. It is the only thing that can establish, years later, that we were allowed to call you — erasing it would mean being able to prove nothing.
The anti-repeat block lasts ninety days from the last answered call.
The do-not-call entry is permanent by design.
Everything else — your name, the attempt history, the transcript — is deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
Write to hello@imdweb.app. We answer within thirty days.
