Privacy policy

Someone may recommend us with a link of their own. That link goes through our platform, which counts the visit, then drops you on a dedicated page.

What is recorded of the visit: the date, and a truncated fingerprint of your IP address and browser — enough to tell a hundred visits from the same machine apart, not enough to trace back to you. No IP address is kept in clear.

A cookie keeps the code of whoever recommended us for thirty days, so they are credited even if you come back later. It holds neither your name, nor your contact, nor any identifier that points to you.

If you fill in the form on that page, your name, how to reach you and your description of the project reach us, along with the partner's code. They are used to answer you and to credit the recommendation. Whoever recommended us sees your name and how the file is progressing; they see neither your phone, nor your email, nor what you wrote.

Same address to ask for access, correction or deletion. There is no dedicated form: an email is enough, and it reaches the person who decides.

On first load this site loads NO tracker. No analytics, no advertising measurement. The banner is not a formality laid over scripts that already ran: until you answer, nothing beyond the page itself is loaded.

If you decline, nothing loads, ever, and the page works exactly the same. Declining degrades nothing, hides no section and triggers no reminder.

If you accept, two tools come into play. They are named below, with what they learn.

What it learns: the pages you open, the order you go through them, time spent, device type, country, and which link brought you.

What it does not learn: your name, your email, your phone number. This site never hands them over, because it does not have them.

What it is actually for: knowing which sections get read and which get skipped. That is what decides what we rewrite.

Google is a processor established outside the European Union. Its own terms and policy apply on top of this one.

What it learns: that someone who saw one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram opened this site, and which pages.

What it is for: knowing whether an ad brings visitors or spends into thin air. Without it, we pay blind.

Meta is a processor established outside the European Union, and cross-references this visit with the account you hold with it. That is precisely what you accept or decline in the banner.

Your answer to the banner is kept in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us and does not leave your machine.

Worth knowing: it disappears if you clear the site's data, and it does not follow you from one device to another. The banner will come back, and that is not a fault.

You can change your mind at any time through the link at the foot of every page. A refusal takes effect immediately.

If you send an email, a WhatsApp message or call, we keep what you tell us: your name, how to reach you and what you are asking about. You hand those over; the site does not collect them.

They are used to answer you and to prepare a meeting. They are not sold, not rented, and never poured into a bought or sold prospecting list.

WhatsApp belongs to Meta: a message sent that way passes through its servers, on Meta's terms. If you would rather avoid that, email and phone exist.

This site runs on Render, in their Frankfurt region, in Germany. Pages and images are served from inside the European Union.

The domain name is managed at Namecheap. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a third-party service: opening this page announces your visit to nobody else.

Analytics and advertising measurement: the retention set by Google and by Meta in their own settings, which we do not extend.

Exchanges by email, WhatsApp or phone: for the length of the working relationship, then three years from the last contact. After that they are deleted.

You can ask for deletion before that. We do not require a reason.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to measurement. Write to hello@imdweb.app: we answer within thirty days.

If you live in the European Union, the GDPR applies and you may complain to your country's data protection authority. If you live in Israel, Israeli privacy law applies and the competent authority is the Privacy Protection Authority.

No automated decision is made about you on this site. There is no profiling, no score, no sorting.
