Terms of Service
This text describes what the service actually does, and who answers for what. It is deliberately short: what is not written here is not promised.
What IMDWEB provides
IMDWEB installs a voice agent that answers your business phone, understands what the caller needs, takes their details, and can book an appointment in your calendar.
We commit to what is within our control: every call is answered, the reply starts in under two seconds, and every conversation is recorded and transcribed in your account.
What we do not promise
No revenue, no conversion rate, no number of appointments. What your customers do after the call is not within our control.
The agent takes information. It gives no technical advice, no diagnosis, no legal or medical opinion, and it closes no sale on your behalf.
What you answer for
The accuracy of what you give us: opening hours, services, address, and the terms you announce to your customers.
How you use the service, and compliance with the rules that apply to your business.
Your calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, we request the minimum: write appointments, read your busy times, and list your calendars so you can choose which one to use. We never read the contents of your existing events.
That access is yours. You can withdraw it at any time from your Google account, without telling us — the agent will simply stop booking appointments.
Recorded calls
Calls are recorded and transcribed. That is what lets you check what was said, and it is announced to the caller.
Retention periods and your rights over that data are described in the privacy policy.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We then switch off call forwarding, remove the tools written onto the agent, and your line goes back to what it was.
We may suspend a service used to deceive, harass, or break the law.
Governing law
Israeli law applies. This text is a defensible starting point; its final wording remains subject to review by a lawyer.
