This site presents IMDWEB's work. It concludes no contract and takes no payment. These terms say what it is, what we answer for, and what we do not.
What this site is
A shop window. It describes what IMDWEB builds — sites, online shops, CRMs and internal tools — and shows delivered projects.
No page is an offer in the contractual sense. A project is scoped in a meeting, and nothing binds either side before a signed quote.
No price and no timescale appear on this site. That is not an oversight: both depend on what you want built, and are given after scoping.
The work shown
The screenshots in the Work section are real images of the sites concerned, taken on the date shown on this page.
Each site shown belongs to its owner. The brands, logos, photographs and copy on them are those third parties' property, and their appearance here gives us no rights over them.
A site changes after delivery, sometimes without us. A screenshot says what it looked like, not what it looks like today.
If you own a site shown here and would rather it were not, write to hello@imdweb.app: it comes down, no discussion.
Links to third-party sites
The cards in the Work section open real sites that are not ours. We control neither their content, nor their availability, nor what they do with your data once you are on them.
A link can stop working: a domain expires, hosting stops, a certificate is not renewed. That says nothing about the quality of the work delivered, and we cannot guarantee it on a site we no longer run.
What we do not answer for
This site is provided as is. We keep it up with care, but we do not guarantee that it is always reachable or free of error.
The information on it is indicative and can change without notice. It replaces neither a quote nor advice fitted to your situation.
What is ours
The structure, copy, code, visual identity and illustrations of this site are IMDWEB's property, apart from the third-party items mentioned above.
The technology names quoted — Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Docker, Node.js, Render — are the trademarks of their respective holders. Quoting them says what we work with, nothing more.
You may quote this site and link to it. Reproducing its pages, its code or its design needs our written agreement.
What you owe us
Normal use. Do not try to reach what is not meant for you, do not disrupt how it runs, do not scrape it to make another one.
If you find a flaw, write to hello@imdweb.app rather than exploit it. We answer, we fix, and we say thank you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Tel Aviv.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection you hold under the law of your country of residence.
These terms can change. The date at the head of the page says when they last did.
